What was our goal?

Our project; It aims to reduce barriers to disadvantaged groups in order to make the city livable for all by establishing an ‘unobstructed playground’ by developing a model for children and young people with disabilities to have fun, sports, free time activities, opportunities and rights, such as their peers. Turkey’s first Unobstructed Playground was launched in 2008 under the coordination of THE ATLHA, the Municipality of Çankaya and the Italian NGO, with the European Union grant program.

What have we accomplished?

This park, which is turkey’s first Unobstructed Playground, has raised great awareness and playgrounds have been built for people with disabilities in a wide variety of places.
